Since my first experience, Stallion has been professional and knowledgeable.  Calls are answered in a timely matter.  They are very reasonably priced as well.

I have been in the Dairy Queen Business for over 30 years.  Until 8 years ago when I met Justin from Stallion Mechanical, it was a nightmare to get my equipment fixed or even serviced annually. 

Now that I have Stallion Mechanical, Justin comes when I call and he fixes the problem.  There are no Band-Aid service calls here.  He comes at the beginning of the season and checks all my equipment and comes to repair things when I call!  There are a lot of people out there with words on the side of their vehicle, but it takes a special person to be in business.  That is what I have found with Stallion!  I now sleep better at night.

Stallion Mechanical recently installed a new heating system in our church.  They completely replaced an old antique steam heating unit with a state of the art high efficiency boiler system.  The boiler inspection supervisor from the Department of Labor and Industry expressed how impressed he was with the detail and workmanship of the whole system.  We were very satisfied with the quality, professionalism, and timeliness of the work.

Justin is a refreshing change from the usual repair services which we have used in the past – knowledgeable, dependable, and quick!

The Pet Place values our relationship with Stallion Mechanical.  Your company services our A/C unit and other equipment located at our DuBois Mall Store location.  When we call, you respond quickly.  As for preventative maintenance, you call ahead to verify the service date and planned service.  The work is done well, parts and labor rates are fair.  All of your employees are very pleasant to work with, over the phone and in person.  Thank you for being our mechanical service company.

It was late November 2014 and we were about 3 weeks away from the start of building a new house.  At the last minute we asked Stallion Mechanical to give us a quote.  Their quote was better than any other we had received at that time.  With a weeks notice they accepted the project and began the construction of the radiant heating system to be installed in the concrete floor, even though the house had not been set on the foundation.  The project endured a crazy winter and several project and contractor delays.  Stallion Mechanical was on site everyday working to install as much of the heating and air conditioning system that they could.  After several weeks their portion of the project was mostly complete, so they packed up their tools and left the site.  Several months passed and we were now in the Spring and the contractor was ready for them to finish their work, again with short notice.  They were able to squeeze our project back into their schedule and complete what little work remained.  Several months had passed again and we are now in the Fall.  We decided to put radiant heat in the garage and was only days away from pouring the concrete and again on short notice Stallion Mechanical was there to assist me with this system. 

Throughout this entire project anytime we needed them; Stallion Mechanical was ther to help us out.  From being on site working to keep the project moving or explaining how to operate the detailed multi-zone in floor radiant heat system or even with giving us simple guidance on the best way to operate the A/C system.  They are one of the most reliable contractors We have ever had the pleasure to work with.  It’s a great relief to know that if something were to happen to our heat or A/C system, help is only a phone call away.

I have been involved with Stallion Mechanical for several years, never in that time that I had a problem, that it wasn’t fixed to my satisfaction.  Heating, electrical, air conditioning, etc., when I would call depending on the emergency, Stallion Mechanical was there the same day or the next.  I would certainly recommend Stallion Mechanical to everyone.
